Here’s our recipe for an easy, delicious, and flavorful sauce. If you want it spicier, you can add more curry; if you want it very mild, reduce the amount of curry a bit.

- 50 g butter
- 1 ½ tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 50 g all purpose flour
- 4 dl milk
- 5 dl chicken stock
- 1 tsp sugar
Get a large pot and melt the butter. Once melted, add the curry powder and ground turmeric. Let it toast in the butter for a minute at medium heat. Be careful not to let it burn.50 g butter, 1 ½ tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp ground turmeric
