How to make the best curry sauce?

The method for this sauce is a roux-based sauce. It’s not as difficult as it sounds.

To make homemade curry sauce, take a pot and melt butter in it. Once the butter is melted, add curry powder and turmeric, and sauté them well to bring out the curry flavor. This step is crucial for the best result.

Next, stir in the flour and let it cook for a couple of minutes before adding liquid while whisking to form a sauce. Let the sauce simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes, then it’s ready to serve.
