Ingredients
  

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 75 g sugar
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Put blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

  • Let the compote cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes without a lid, and then let it cool down.
  • Store the compote in the refrigerator until serving.
