Small rolls with salmon, cottage cheese, arugula, and avocado in a soft tortilla wrap. They are easy to make and make a delightful lunch or entrée.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 50 g arugula or other salad greens
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g cold-smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ dl dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Spread cottage cheese on the tortilla wraps. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Layer the arugula on top.

  • Arrange slices of smoked salmon over the arugula.

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the avocado into thin strips. Place the avocado strips on top of the salmon. Sprinkle with fresh dill.

  • Roll up the wraps tightly, and refrigerate them if they're not going to be served immediately.
  • Before serving, slice the rolls into approximately 1 ½ cm thick slices. Arrange the slices on a platter with some salad and lemon, and serve.
