Recipe for Salmon wraps with cottage cheese and avocadoSmall rolls with salmon, cottage cheese, arugula, and avocado in a soft tortilla wrap. They are easy to make and make a delightful lunch or entrée.
Spread cottage cheese on the tortilla wraps. Season with salt and pepper.
2 tortilla wraps, 100 g cottage cheese, Salt, Pepper
Layer the arugula on top.
50 g arugula
Arrange slices of smoked salmon over the arugula.
100 g cold-smoked salmon
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the avocado into thin strips. Place the avocado strips on top of the salmon. Sprinkle with fresh dill.
1 avocado, ½ dl dill
Roll up the wraps tightly, and refrigerate them if they're not going to be served immediately.
Before serving, slice the rolls into approximately 1 ½ cm thick slices. Arrange the slices on a platter with some salad and lemon, and serve.
