Recipe for Danish potato salad
Old-fashioned potato salad with radishes and chives in a lovely dressing with mayonnaise and sour cream. The salad is a great side dish for grilled food, Danish meatballs, pork roast, and a whole lot of other dishes.

1 kg potatoes cooked and cooled ½ dl chives equivalent to about one bunch 8 radishes ½ shallot Dressing: 1 dl mayonnaise 1 dl sour cream 1 tsp lemon juice or to taste 1 tsp white wine vinegar or to taste 2 tsp sweet mustard 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt Pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a large bowl. Mix it thoroughly, taste it and adjust with more salt and pepper if necessary.
1 dl mayonnaise, 1 dl sour cream, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp sweet mustard, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, Pepper
Chop the chives and add it to the dressing along with finely chopped shallot onion.
½ dl chives, ½ shallot
Cut the cooked potatoes into suitable cubes and the radishes into slices.
1 kg potatoes, 8 radishes
Then add the potatoes and radishes to the dressing and mix it until the dressing is evenly distributed.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
