Ingredients
  

  • 4 cl amaretto e.g., Disaronno
  • 2 cl bourbon
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl egg whites
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Amarena cherries for garnish
  • Lemon peel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, egg whites, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to activate the egg whites.
    4 cl amaretto, 2 cl bourbon, 3 cl lemon juice, 2 cl egg whites, 1 tsp simple syrup
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds.
    Ice cubes
  • Strain the drink into a glass over fresh ice and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with amarena cherries and a piece of lemon peel.
