Ingredients
  

  • 160 g milk
  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 300 g all purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Warm the milk until it's lukewarm. Add the dry yeast and sugar, and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.

  • Melt the butter and let it cool down. Put the milk with yeast and sugar into a stand mixer along with the melted butter, salt, and all purpose flour. Knead the dough well until it's smooth and elastic. This will take around 15 minutes.

  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

  • Roll out each piece of dough into an oval shape, about ½ cm thick.

  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and let them rise in a warm place for 2 hours or until they have doubled in size.

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit) using top and bottom heat.
  • Bake the breads for 18-20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit), then let them cool completely on a wire rack.
