Delicious eggs with creamy filling and shrimp on top! They are not only beautiful to serve on the lunch table for Easter or Christmas lunch, but they also taste amazing. They are also perfect if you're hosting an Easter brunch. Garnish with chives, dill, or watercress. These are eggs that both children and adults love.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 g shrimp

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp chives finely chopped
  • 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes.
    6 eggs
  • Cool them under cold running water, then peel the eggs.
  • Halve the eggs and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Mix the yolks with mayonnaise and finely chopped chives, and season the filling with salt and pepper.
    4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp chives, Salt, Pepper
  • Fill the egg halves with the filling, using a teaspoon or a piping bag for a more elegant presentation.
  • Arrange the shrimp on top of the eggs and sprinkle with a little more chopped chives. Optionally, garnish with lemon slices to squeeze over the shrimp. Serve with rye bread.
